Cultural Vistas was recently selected to serve as a National Program Agency (NPA) for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), which is funded and managed by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. IVLP, launched in 1940, is a professional exchange program that builds mutual understanding through carefully designed short-term visits to the U.S. for current and emerging foreign leaders. One of eight program agencies, Cultural Vistas will work in coordination with the U.S.
