The Aspen Institute Stevens Initiative recently hosted the first Virtual Exchange Forum, an opportunity for the institute and other virtual exchange practitioners to come together and share the impact of virtual exchanges. The event featured an award to the National Democratic Institute for their Civic Tech Leadership Program and also included expert panels who explored new ways to assess and increase the impact of the virtual exchanges portfolio.
